  Extension of check out is subject to  availability and will be charge as follow:
  * Check Out until 18.00 hours > 50% of contract rate
  * Check Out after 21.00 hours > 100% of contract rate
• Cancellation:
  
  1. 05 days prior to arrival for all reservation during low season,
  2. 21 days prior to arrival for all reservation from 15 July ntil 15 September
     
  3. 30 days prior to arrival for all reservation from 25 December ntil 5 January
  Cancellation made within the respective above mention days are subject to one night room and breakfast charge as per contract. No Show or same day cancellation will be charge with 50% of total lengths of stay
